 New Hire

 

 

Start your journey with us and learn the MAAC system through hands-on experience. New hires will undergo a 90-day probation period to demonstrate competency in classroom settings and gain foundational knowledge in working with children.

 

 

 

 Caregiver

 

 

Upon successful completion of the probation period, employees will advance to the Caregiver role. Caregivers show reliability in caring for children and supporting classroom routines.

 

 

 

 Teacher

 

 

Teachers begin college coursework in Early Childhood Development or Education and have at least one year of experience with MAAC. They are responsible for implementing lesson plans and fostering academic growth in the classroom.

 

 

 

 Lead Teacher

 

 

Lead Teachers hold an associate degree in Early Childhood Development or Early Education and have a minimum of 1.5 years with the company. They are responsible for developing weekly lesson plans and guiding other teachers in executing them. Strong classroom management skills are essential.

 

 

 

 Facility Lead

 

 

Facility Leads manage all employees at their site, supporting and mentoring lead teachers while maintaining MAAC’s culture and values. They must possess an associate degree, complete multiple annual management trainings, and have a minimum of 2 years with the company.

 

 

 

 Site Director

 

 

Site Directors oversee compliance with state and regulatory standards and lead the implementation of all MAAC programs. They guide Facility Leads and communicate directives to staff. A strong understanding of program compliance is required, along with at least 3 years with the company and an associate degree.

 

 

 

 Program Director

 

 

Program Directors oversee all site directors and ensure operational excellence across all campuses. Responsibilities include managing standards compliance, covering leadership absences, and handling payroll and budgeting. This role requires a minimum of 5 years with the company and an associate degree.
